How can I change my address?

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply open the app and click on 'Forgotten password' and follow the on-screen instructions. This link won't work if you're still waiting for your email address to be confirmed, so check you've had the email titled 'Your Yonda account is ready!' before you try to reset your password.

Can I login to the app using fingerprint/face ID?

Yes! If your phone supports biometrics, enable this for Yonda app and make logging in easier and faster.

How do I update my contact details?

If you want to change your contact details, please get in touch as we'll need some extra information from you.

Can I use Apple-Pay?

Not yet, but we're working on it.

How do I complain?

If you have a complaint, the best way to contact us is via the app. When you get in touch, please make it clear you're making a complaint, rather than giving us some feedback.
